How It Was Done

Engine: General Motors 3.4 Litre SFI V6 from early 2000's Impala. FWD to RWD conversion. British Car Conversions motor mounts. Intake manifold rotated to orient throttle body forward. K&N air filter.
Cooling: Ford Mustang style aluminum radiator. High cfm 16" electric fan (pulling).
Exhaust: custom ceramic coated headers. Dual mufflers. 2.25 inch single exhaust.
Transmission: Borg Warner T5 5-speed manual gearbox from an IROC Camaro.
Rear End: stock.
Front Suspension: new sway bar on urethane bushings.
Rear Suspension: new sway bar on urethane bushings.
Brakes: (master) Ford Mustang master cylinder with vacuum booster. Wilwood proportioning valve.
(front) Toyota disc brakes.
(rear) Nissan disc brakes.
Wheels/Tires: Mini Cooper 17-inch alloy wheels. Michelin Primacy P215/50R17 tires.
Body: new paint (in a General Motors white.) Powder coated front grille. Upgraded front lip spoiler. Audi front side marker lamps.
Interior: Mountney leather wrapped steering wheel. Pioneer AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo. Tweeters in vent holes in dash. Mazda Miata seats with stereo speakers in headrests and electric seat heaters. Electric power windows. Custom door trim panels. MGB interior door latches. Modified carpeted trunk area.
Electrical: Dolphin electronic tachometer and speedometer. (Remainder of gauges are original Smiths instruments.) 100-amp alternator. HID 55W headlights.
