Engine: | 1987 Range Rover 3.5 Litre. Mellings hi-perf oil pump. New rod and main
bearings, new rings, timing chain and gears. Buick timing cover.
Pertronix ignition. Crower cam. |
Induction: | Buick 4-barrel manifold with Edelbrock 500 carburetor. |
Exhaust: | RV8 headers, dual Flowmaster mufflers, custom pipes exiting on the left
side with Ansa-like tips to look like a stock MGB. |
Cooling: | modified "MGB V8" radiator. |
Transmission: | GM 700R4 4-speed automatic, purchased as part of D&D Fabrication kit.
B&M shifter. Oil cooler mounted on lower part of radiator in back of valance.
D&D Fabrications driveshaft. |
Rear Axle: | stock MGB rear axle (with 3.909:1 final drive ratio). |
Suspension: | stock, except with telescoping rear shocks. |
Brakes: | stock. |
Wheels/Tires: | MGB LE alloy wheels / Bridgestone 185-70R14 tires. |
Weight: | about 2300 pounds. |
Instruments: | stock, except with a voltmeter substituted for the clock. |
Body: | Rover V8 emblems on front fenders. PPG Concept paint, in "Iris Blue". |
